Schikker wi Lot is a collaboration of two very special musicians. Yiddish vocalist Fabian Schnedler and virtuoso accordionist Franka Lampe have been major driving forces in the Berlin-based klezmer and Yiddish song scene for almost two decades. Their mastery of Yiddish language and musical style has won them devoted admirers throughout the international Yiddish music world. With great passion, humor and virtuosity, the duo performs little-known repertoires such as the Ganovim-Lider, bringing forgotten melodies and texts back to life in sparkling new arrangements.
