Yulia is a Russian cellist from Moscow. She was born in 1986 and started her music studies in 1997. She later studied at Academic Music College of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (class of Olga Galochkina) and at Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (class of Professor D. Miller).

After graduating in 2011 she became a tutti player in the State Academic Symphony Orchestra "Evgeny Svetlanov" (Artistic Director Vladimir Jurowski).

In addition to orchestral concerts she regularly performs chamber music and sometimes klezmer. Yulia was a participant of Kharkow Klezmer Teg (2012 and 2013) and Yiddish Summer Weimar (2012 and 2013) as a musician and dancer.
